This year’s festival really does offer something for everyone whatever your age or musical taste. The week kicks off with a rock and roll start. April 20th Barberos and Kolyda will be join by Connecting Flight as a last minute change to the line up. The festival closes with a more relaxed evening of some of LIPA’s finest singer-song writers.
Look out for another of our warm up gigs. This Monday at Magnet (9:00pm) and March 30th at the Guild Liverpool. More details to come soon. These will also give you another opportunity to buy your tickets.
This week we’ve been arranging some radio play and HMV in-stores so keep an eye and an ear out for a preview of some of the festivals acts. Acts will perform on BBC Radio Merseyside, on the Billy Butler Show.

Now on to yet another random mention....Suicide War (www.myspace.com/suicidewar ). This band is pretty new, in fact I’m not sure they’ve even found a singer yet, the drummer is Craig Nunenmacher (BLS and ex-crowbar). And I know I like my bands from NOLA but as with Kingdom of Sorrow they are definitely producing some pretty awesome heavy shit that people should have a listen to.
That’s it for now, GET YOUR 3RD DEGREE TICKETS!!!
